We ship every personalized gift from US production facilities. Orders placed by Aug 10 arrive in plenty of time for the typical August 17–19 first day, with tracking emailed the moment your package leaves the print shop. Production takes 2–3 business days, shipping takes 3–5.
Every gift lets you personalize with names, grades, schools, teachers, and short custom phrases. Long-form phrases (over 30 characters) get the smallest visible font — we'll still make it work. Check each product page for the specific fields available.
We don't offer pre-shipment proofs at this price point, but if there's ever a typo or character limit issue, our team reaches out by email before production starts. We will not print and ship a personalized gift that we know isn't right.
Email us within 24 hours of checkout and we'll re-print free of charge. After a product enters production we can no longer edit names, so double-check the personalization fields at checkout — they print exactly as entered.
Because every gift is made-to-order with personalization, returns are limited to defects and our mistakes. If there's an issue with quality, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund. Customer typos on custom fields fall under the 24-hour window above.
